How many existing locks cylinder in total do you have on your home that you want rekeyed? A lock cylinder is everywhere a key can go.
How many do you have a working key for? And how many do you not have a working key for? A standard rekey is for a deadbolt, door knob or lever. Non standard is mortise, patio door or other lock type.

If your lock set is worn out, broken, or you want a new color to match. How many new door knobs or deadbolts would you like?
Grade 3 Residential hardware has 200,000 life cycles for door knobs and 100,000 life cycles for deadbolts. Normal usage will last about 8-12 years.
If we are replacing old hardware this include non door modification installation. If there is no existing hole prep on the door and frame, this needs to be done in order to install.

Would you like a keyless touch screen upgrade? This allows you to enter your home without a key, and provide user codes to cleaners, contractors and other service providers, without a key and you can delete their code when they are done.
We have Z-wave compatible hardware to integrate with Alarm.com and other home automation systems.
The total rekey comes with two keys. How many additional keys would you like?
We have three options available (a) standard non stamped, non DND, (b) stamped or DND and (c) stamped and DND. Stamped is letters or numbers on each key. DND is "Do Not Duplicate".

The actual service call billed will be based upon the exact address and range traveled. Our standard service zone goes up to beltline, to Baily Hill rd, to 52nd and I-5 for Eugene. For Springfield it is hwy 105 up until 52nd and main st.

A scheduled service call is a 2 hour time slot with a 15-30 minute lead time call in advance during that time slot. Time slot availability is based on our technician's availability.
Includes opening one lock or car. Does not include hardware replacement.
A technician (and/or the next available technician) will be immediately dispatched to your request. Average lead time is 15-25 minutes for a technician to arrive.
An after hours emergency call is when we are done working for the day or weekend. This is usually during the evening. Average lead time of technician onsite is 15 - 25 minutes.
Average ETA is 15-20 minutes. This rate is typically applied when the job time takes away from the technician's sleep. Usually between 10pm and 7am.
