A scheduled service call is a 2 hour time slot with a 15-30 minute lead time call in advance during that time slot. Time slot availability is based on our technician’s availability during normal business hours. This is only for basic simple work. Advanced work requires an advanced technician with a higher service call.

Includes opening one lock or car. Does not include hardware replacement.
